This program is designed to recreate the dynamic atmosphere of the ancient Silk Road, with Jeongok Port—once the gateway of the Tang Dynasty and the starting point of the Silk Road—serving as the backdrop. Through a vibrant dance parade, it aims to highlight the historical significance of the Silk Road and demonstrate that the citizens of Hwaseong are the driving force of the city.
This citizen-driven program aims to create a space of unity where parade participants, composed of people of various ages, and festival visitors come together as one. The program has now become one of the main features of the Hwaseong Boating Festival, with citizens taking a leading role in its success.

including cheerleading, Latin, and K-pop, have joined the Messengers of the Wind,
lighting up the Hwaseong Boating Festival with their vibrant performances.
